Lakeward has acquired the first property for the fund “LAKEWARD Real Estate Fund – European Opportunities I”, which was launched in 2021, in an off-market transaction in February 2022. The acquired property is a 4,400m2 mixed-use existing property in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district of Berlin.
M9 Boardinghouse
Bad Cannstatt - Stuttgart
New commercial development focused on the boarding house concept. The location caters to regular repeat business travel through the region’s strong economic ties to Mercedes-Benz and Daimler AG. Also, the area offers excellent secondary business potential through the famous annual Canstatter Volksfest, which rivals the Oktoberfest in Munich.
N1 Office & Hotel
Sindelfingen
New commercial real estate project incorporating offices, hotel and boarding house. The strategic importance of Sindelfingen and its secure economic connection to Daimler AG was an overriding reason to develop this multi-use commercial project.

New residential apartment blocks in a growing residential district of Berlin. The outstanding location of Lichtenberg provides Lakeward with the opportunity to further develop the Lakeward Living Concept with a high focus on functionality and quality but at a level of affordability that fit the socio-economic landscape of the region.

Commercial urban redevelopment and modernisation of former Telekom exchange in central Berlin. Upgrading focused on developing a flexible and functional office environment geared towards coworking usage.

Mittenmang – «in the middle of things» perfectly describes the Mittenmang new residential development in the heart of Berlin. With Mittenmang came the introduction of the «Lakeward Living Concept» focusing on Quality, Functionality and Affordability.
