Ferdinand’s Garden, Lichtenberg

About the asset

Ferdinand’s Garden is located in Berlin’s Lichtenberg district which is part of former East Berlin. The region has seen steady growth in its population since 2011 as people gravitated away from the more expensive central areas of Berlin. Limited development in this region presented an opportunity for Lakeward to gain a footprint and continue to develop the Lakeward Living Concept.

This outstanding residential location provides Lakeward with the opportunity to develop its functional and affordable living concept to a high standard. The residential complex will further strengthen Lichtenberg as a residential, living and working district of Berlin.

Infrastructure

The location offers good mobility options with access to Central Berlin via S-Bahn and U-Bahn connections.
