The new residential quarter, consisting of 11 building structures with around 300 flats for 600 residents and commercial space on the ground floor, paired with an electrified parking garage for e-mobility, will be built on an undeveloped plot of a former sports facility. Once completed and launched on the market, the residential quarter will offer attractive living space for families, couples, singles, students and senior citizens.

Strategic importance of the location

The existing space available in the Stuttgart Synergiepark for the approximately 600 companies currently based there with around 25,000 employees will be expanded in a targeted manner with the building and will offer modern companies a new (or additional) home with an independent address.

Infrastructure

The Multitenant building in the Synergiepark is characterized by a highly efficient and maximally flexible office structure. The cubature of the building results in a high quality of stay for the users. The floor plan geometry allows for two inner courtyards as well as roof terraces, which are designed as gardens with meadows and fruit trees.
