Strategic importance of the location

The location caters to regular business travel through the region’s strong economic ties to Mercedes-Benz works, the Mercedes-Benz Areal, Daimler AG Corporate Headquarters and the new development of the NeckarPark, which is the largest event area in the region and presents an impressive range of activities in sports, culture and tourism.

Also, the area offers excellent secondary business potential through tourism due to the famous annual Cannstatter Volksfest, which rivals the Oktoberfest in Munich, and attracts up to four million visitors each year.

Infrastructure

Bad Cannstatt is the oldest and most populous of Stuttgart’s districts. The central location of the property provides easy access to Bad Cannstatt train station and the S-Bahn with local facilities and amenities.
