P89 Office, Berlin

About the asset

Commercial urban redevelopment and modernisation of the former Telekom exchange in central Berlin. Careful consideration of the buildings historical significance was taken into account during the upgrading. Attention to architectural details was kept to enhance the uniqueness of the redevelopment but also preserve its valuable history. 

The upgrading of the five-storey building initially built in the 1970s focused on developing flexible and functional office space geared towards coworking/office space, conference and meetings areas with team units and in-house cafés. The location and panoramic views towards Alexanderplatz and the Berliner Fernsehturm supported the conversion of rooftop space into a terraced area.
