25.05.21: I64 Synergiepark, Stuttgart – development of innovative office and commercial space

LAKEWARD has purchased approximately 6,000 m² of land on a former industrial site in May 2021. The site at Industriestraße 64 in Möhringen-Stuttgart is Stuttgart’s largest and politically supported business park, the Synergiepark Vaihingen-Möhringen.

LAKEWARD plans to realise attractive, innovation- and network-promoting spaces for tenants and users catered to the surrounding area and in line with demand-driven requirements. The planned office and commercial space expand current availability in the Synergiepark for the 600 or so companies currently based there with around 25,000 employees. The aim is to complement the rapidly growing innovation and economic area of Stuttgart with an offering that is sustainable for both society and the environment.

The economic performance, the infrastructure and the high density of business-related traffic in the region offer optimal conditions. With a 10-minute drive to the airport, just under 20 minutes to Stuttgart city centre and pedestrian access to the bus and S-Bahn, the project offers a compelling micro-location.

The project is being realised in cooperation with the experienced and regionally anchored project developer and real estate service provider Blue Estate.
