About us
Founded in 2015 by Simon Koenig, Lakeward is a Zurich-based private equity real estate investor, developer and asset manager.
Through our network within the finance and real estate industry, we identify attractive investment projects in growing metropolitan regions and work closely with our partners and stakeholders through the investment, development and management phases.
Innovative project implementations and close cooperation with a selected group of investors have enabled the team to deliver consistent and attractive returns.
To capture new investment opportunities in the European real estate market, we launched the “Lakeward Real Estate Fund – European Opportunities I” in Q4 2020.
